The American Real Estate School is now celebrating over 50 years of excellence in real estate education and has been approved by the Department of State since 1969. We offer courses at our main location in Hauppauge. For your convenience we offer day, evening and weekend classes.

Our instructors are all approved by the Department of State.  Each instructor is a prominent member of the Long Island community and brings to the School their expertise as professionals in their specific Real Estate related field.

Our curriculum includes the Real Estate Salesperson, Broker and Appraisal Licensing Courses. In addition, we offer Mortgage Training, Notary Public Preparation.  Our Continuing Education program consists of a wide selection of topics including Home Inspection, Foreclosure and Buyer Agency.  Furthermore, our computer based program allows you to complete your Continuing Education requirement at your home or office, around your own schedule.  In the year 2004, over 6,500 students attended courses within our real estate curriculum.  Over 2,000 of those students also attended our Continuing Education program.  We assure you that you will be receiving the highest quality of education when choosing the American Real Estate School for all your Real Estate training.
