The American Real Estate School, in conjunction with OnCourse Learning, offers a discounted online continuing education course for salespersons and brokers. 

Any combination can be made to meet the 22.5 hour continuing education requirement for salesperson and broker by the Department of State. The 22.5 hours must include 3.75 hours of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Law of Agency (2 hours of Law of Agency if you are a broker).

The American Real Estate School, in conjunction with OnCourse Learning, offers a discounted online continuing education course for Appraisers. 

Any combination can be made to meet the 28 hour Appraiser Continuing Education requirement. The 28 hours must include the 7 hour USPAP course.

 

Steps to Follow:
1.	Choose a course.
2.	Complete the online course following their guidance.
3.	Upon completion of the course, OnCourse Learning will provide certificate directly..
